On rink 1 , Neil and his rink of John, Mike and Turbo had the worst possible start, after scoring 1 on the first end, they conceded 16 shots in the next 6 ends and trailed by 17 shots to 4 at the tea interval. Unfortunately the 2nd half was as bad as the first and they finished losing by 29 shots to 13. Ashley, greatly helped by Dai, Jon and Viv were involved in a much tighter game, leading 10 shots to 7 at tea, they edged further ahead to finally win by 22 shots to 14. 

Beano steeped up to skip again on rink 4, ably supported by Roger, TP and Steve, they edged the first half to lead 13 shots to 8. However some fine play by the Pendine quartet allowed them to dominate the next 11 ends to stroll to a 29 shots to 18 victory. Finally on rink 5, the result everyone has been waiting for. Webby together with Ken, Kev and James  had a slow start, 8 nil down after 4 ends but they recovered to be only 2 shots behind at tea and the second half was a complete reversal, only losing 3 ends, Webby and his gang scored 18 shots and ran out winners by 27 shots to 14. Many congratulations Team Webby. Disappointing to lose at home but good to be involved in such a tight game.
